Abstract | Examines the influence of rotational training and direct hire programs on attrition. Survey of graduates (N=311) reveals that there was no significant difference in the respondents' length of stay with their employers, regardless of the organizations' hiring practices. Voluntary departure from employment was attributable more often to young adult developmental characteristics than organizational behavior. (GCP) |
