Abstract | In the 21st century, it is essential that we revive the moral arguments for equity. This article discusses why the ethics of equity should be the basis for students' examination and understanding of educational inequity today. The ethics of equity are grounded in democratic ethics that give primacy to the value of community for the full development of individuals. (ERIC). |
