Abstract | The purpose of this study is to present a cross-cultural description of responses to the Adolescent Intermediate Concepts Measure (hereafter the AD-ICM). Since the introduction of the AD-ICM, the measure has been used multiple times in the US, in The Republic of Macedonia, Taiwan, and the UK. Focusing on these data, the proposed paper session seeks to address what has been learned from the measure about adolescent applications of the virtues across cultures and settings. Specifically, we attend to what is common and what is unique to each setting. The proposed paper presentation will describe and interpret these findings and conclude with a discussion about the development of character over the adolescent years. (As Provided). |
