Abstract | This volume has as its task to formulate research based teacher-training elements or to display at least program parts of it with a focus on professional performances that are necessary in solving daily learning situations in schools. [...] The first part of this volume presents a macro-, a meso- and a micro-conception for research based new pathways in teacher training. [...] The second part... concerns issues of measurement of effective teaching-learning situations and issues of quality and evaluation. [...] The third part of the book deals with ethical questions, with questions of emotional reactions to ethical situations and with the professional moral question about teaching without teacher training and teaching certificates. [...] The fourth part... is designated to the cognitive source of teaching comptences. [...] The fifth part of the book consists of the question on how external demands, hidden types of values, and expectations about how classroom instructional practice influences learning outcomes relate to the teaching standards respective the comptence profiles of teachers. [...] The last part, the outlook of the book is again a reflection on what it means to develop a competence-oriented teacher training conception. (DIPF/Orig.). |
