| Abstract | This manual is designed to assist pesticide applicators in the category of wood destroying organisms to meet the requirements of the Michigan Department of the Agriculture for certification. The 10 sections included describe: (1) Subterranean termites; (2) Dampwood termites; (3) Drywood termites; (4) Powder-post beetles; (5) Old house borer; (6) Wharf borer; (7) Ambrosia and bark beetles; (8) Carpenter ants; (9) Fungi attacking wood products; and (10) Inspection techniques.
