Abstract | Compares school readiness expectations of preschool and kindergarten teachers. Results indicate that preschool teachers had higher expectations than did kindergarten teachers for kindergarten entry skills. Preschool teachers' expectations approximated kindergarten teachers' expectations of children's performance at kindergarten exit. (Author/BB) |
