Abstract | The Student Transitions Project Steering Committee's terms of reference allow it to appoint sub-committees to provide advice. Recently, the committee appointed a Mobility of Transfer Students Sub-Committee (formerly the Enrolment Planning Data Sub-Committee, a sub-committee of the British Columbia Council on Admissions and Transfer). The sub-committee is made up of representatives of the British Columbia Council on Admissions and Transfer, the Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development, and B.C.'s public post-secondary institutions. The sub-committee will determine the number and mobility of potential transfer students to help post-secondary institutions and sectors make enrolment planning decisions. This document describes: (1) Committee Composition and Terms: (2) Purpose of Sub-Committee; (3) Duties and Powers; (4) Chair of Sub-Committee; (5) Sub-Committee Meetings; (6) Fees and Expenses; (7) Effect of Terms of Reference; (8) Key Timelines; and (9) Amendment.
