Abstract | Argues that the development of a feminist-integrated college curriculum should be informed by a critical theory of society that analyzes how social forces create varieties of interconnectedness. Liberal feminists have generally overlooked the role of capitalism in sustaining the oppression of women. Marxist theory provides a viable, unified alternative to the liberal feminist approach.
