| Abstract | This study examined the influence of physical work environment on the research productivity of librarians in universities in southwestern Nigeria. The author surveyed a population of 312 librarians from university libraries in the region. The results indicated that the librarians' research productivity was significantly influenced by their surroundings at work. The author therefore recommends continued efforts to maintain and improve that the fitness of librarians' workplaces. (As Provided). |
