Abstract | Pairing poster conversations with individual reading selections for students in MBA and undergraduate organizational behavior and leadership courses is a rewarding method for students to share their learning. Presenters share their posters with peers in a gallery walk format. This grants students an opportunity to convey their learning experiences in an unscripted way, which allows for organic and immediate conversation among class participants. Combining reading selections with poster conversations generates more engagement between students than perhaps simply requiring term papers alone. The activity is an interesting approach that encourages interaction and rich dialogue. (As Provided). |
