| Abstract | This study examines whether international enrollment can affect access for racial minority students in M.B.A. programs at public universities in the United States. Using data from "U.S. News & World Report," Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System, the U.S. Census and the Bureau of Labor Statistics for the period from the 2001-02 through 2016-17 academic years, the analysis implemented a fixed-effects panel regression technique and concluded that international enrollments do not reduce access for domestic racial minority students. The study also reviewed other factors associated with increasing racial minority enrollment in M.B.A. programs. (As Provided). |
