Abstract | Academic integrity is a quality that all university students must understand and practice. Despite it being a compulsory part of the curriculum in any discipline, cases of violation still arise, suggesting an ineffective learning experience. The author addresses two issues in the teaching of academic integrity--content materials and modes of delivery--by selecting discipline-specific course materials and engaging students through a mediated learning trail accessed via a mobile app. Three different groups of senior year humanities and cultural studies students used the learning materials; findings indicate that students perceived the app to provide an effective learning experience.
