Abstract | In this study, the researcher administered a survey and developed and tested a statistical model to examine the factors that determine the intention of information professionals in Nigeria to share knowledge with their colleagues. The result revealed correlations between the overall score for intending to share knowledge and other knowledge-sharing intention factors. Citizenship behavior had the highest correlation with knowledge-sharing intention, followed by creativity and innovation, then by frequency of interaction. (As Provided). |
