Abstract	This study examined the influence of participation in a positive psychology course on undergraduates' well-being. Twenty-three students from a small liberal arts college in the Northeastern United States participated in this study. As hypothesized, students reported gains in hope, self-actualization, well-being, agency, and pathway hopefulness, purpose, and mission in life. However, contrary to the hypotheses, students did not report significant gains in presence of meaning, or reduction in the envy of others. These findings are discussed in light of previous research supporting the efficacy of positive psychology exercises on mood and well-being, The "APA Guidelines for the Psychology Major" major, and the increasing number of positive psychology courses offered at undergraduate institutions.
