Abstract | This document was produced by the authors based on their research for the report, "Family Finding Evaluations: A Summary of Recent Findings. Publication #2015-01," and is an added resource for further information. The report reviews the results from 13 evaluations of Family Finding. The Family Finding model provides child welfare practitioners with intensive search and engagement techniques to identify family members and other adults close to a child in foster care, and to involve these adults in developing and carrying out a plan for the emotional and legal permanency of the child. This appendix provides details on the data used in the report. Appendices in this report include: (1) Study Overviews; (2) Findings from Experimental Evaluations of Family Finding Programs Serving Youth New to Care and in Care; (3) Findings from Experimental Evaluations of Family Finding Programs Serving Youth New to Care; (4) Findings from Experimental Evaluations of Family Finding Programs Serving Youth Already in Care; and (5) Barriers and Facilitators Identified in Family Finding Evaluations.
