Abstract"Zero to Three is a single focus bulletin of the National Center for Infants, Toddlers, and Families providing insight from multiple disciplines on the development of infants, toddlers, and their families. The featured articles include the following: (1) Parental Preoccupation and Perinatal Mental Health (Linda C. Mayes); (2) Keeping the Baby in Mind: A Critical Factor in Perinatal Mental Health (Arietta Slade); (3) Postpartum Mood Changes: Are Hormones to Blame? (Neill Epperson); (4) Harris Programs in Prenatal Mental Health at the Yale Child Study Center (Linda Mayes); (5) Early Connections: Mother-Infant Psychotherapy in Support of Perinatal Mental Health (Eda Spielman); (6) Treating Maternal and Postpartum Depression: The Missing Link in an Early Childhood Mental Health Program (Sandra R. Wolkoff); (7) Maternal Mental Health: Early Identification in a Hospital-Based Multidisciplinary Setting (Ida Cardone); (8) The First Year Program: Developing the Earliest Relationship (Robin McClelland and Kathleen Chapman); (9) Infant Mental Health in a Healthy Families Home Visiting Program (Carol Baxter, Leslie S. Rose, and Janice Connelly); and (10) "Perinatal Mental Health in Shasta County, California" (Susan Howland Thompson).
