Information is provided on the following areas: (1) minority institutions of higher education involved in the preparation of special education personnel; (2) prenatal exposure to alcohol and nicotine; (3) number and percentage of children served by age and disability; (4) educational environments of children served; (5) innovative activities in school programs and services; (6) state improvement and monitoring; (7) estimated resident population for children in different age groups; (8) funding for IDEA and state grants awarded for early intervention and preschool services; (9) number of infants and toddlers served; and (10) early intervention personnel.
