Abstract	This document contains teaching modules based on 17 objectives for grade 3 mathematics. The modules may be used for program evaluation and curricular planning as well as detailed outlines for classroom activities. Each module has eight sections: (1) "Objective"; (2) "Explanation of Objective"; (3) "Prerequisite Skills"; (4) "Vocabulary"; (5) "Lesson Plan Outline" (providing suggestions for introducing the objective, daily activities, and a culuminating activity); (6) "Materials" (listing needed manipulatives and exhibits); (7) "Sample Test I"; and (8) "Sample Test II." The appendices include: "Mississippi Basic Skills Mathematics--Grade 3"; "Grade Three--Answer Key to Sample Tests"; and "Diagnostic/Prescriptive Evaluation Sheets" (third grade Basic Skills Assessment Program mathematics objectives).
