(Abstract übernommen). Small and middle companies become on account of her immense national economic meaning - more than 99% of all companies in Germany count to the SME - also as a prop of the German economy called. To be able to assert itself compared with the large-scale enterprises in the national and international competition, a quick adaptation of the employee qualifications is necessary. In the age of quick change and a company in which the knowledge of the humanity doubles on an average all three years do not reach in school, education and study to achieved expertises any more from to master the future requirements for a workplace. This requires that companies are literally up to date and appropriate the necessary knowledge precisely in time, faithful to the motto: What I know today, tomorrow is already from yesterday. Lifelong learning is no more catchword, but long ago reality. Learning and constant advancement of the employees become increasing to success factors of every enterprise. Quick, multimedia, entertaining - E-Learning is a method of the continuing education which seems to do justice to the claim precisely in time continuing education. And in spite of that it concerns a medium of the new time, it is left apparently only to few well-chosen companies without limitation. E-Learning - particularly in SME - could not assert itself up to now without limitation and is above all for groups and large-scale enterprises an attractive alternative to trainings and presence seminars.
