ABSTRACT | In the research of the development of school sports rather little is known if schools are able to continue a project of school sports after the "official" end, especially because the support for implementation also being phased out. Using the example of the pilot project "Daily physical education class in primary schools in NRW" (2004-2008) we investigated the sustainability of a project of school sports. Five years after the expiry of the project, all 24 former project schools were examined again (survey of all and interviews with four selected representatives). Against the background of the individual school and theoretical assumptions of the development of school we reconstructed the success conditions of a continuation. The results show that mainly subjective attitudes of the protagonists to innovations, a homogeneous strong willingness to cooperate within the college, as well as the actions of the principal are of particular importance. Structural resources itself give no reason for the continuation or abandonment of the project. (Autor). |
