| Abstract | The term "inclusion" signifies that everyone is seen as a full member of a society. In the context of school that means that on the one hand, children and adolescents with special needs are unconditionally integrated into the regular school system, and on the other hand, to create a school in which everyone can learn together and individually without differentiation from outside. Therefore, inclusive pedagogy demands a paradigm shift of school-based learning. Through the terms image of god, disability, community, and justice one can see that inclusive pedagogy is asking theology to reexamine its own foundations. Through them it also becomes clear that theology can offer Christian interpretations of human life as conditions for the possibility of inclusive learning. |
