Abstract	"Es werden die Grundzüge einer Theorie der Kulturtransmission bei soziokulturellen Minderheiten in einem fremdkulturellen Umfeld vorgestellt. Gegenstandsbereich der Theorie sind die pädagogischen Aktivitäten einer Minderheit und der bildungspolitische Umgang damit durch die Mehrheitsgesellschaft. Die Theorie besteht aus zwei Komponenten. Die erste Komponente ist ein akteurtheoretisches Modell der Interaktion zwischen soziokulturellen Mehrheiten und Minderheiten im Bildungsbereich. Eine Grundannahme dieses Modells lautet, dass das zentrale Ziel der pädagogischen Aktivitäten von Minderheiten ist, ihre Kultur in der fremdkulturellen Umgebung weiterzugeben. Die zweite Komponente der Theorie umfasst Annahmen über die Evolution von soziokulturellen Gruppen, durch die die Ziele und Strategien von Minderheiten und Mehrheiten in Kulturtransmissionssituationen besser verständlich werden. Zur Ausarbeitung dieser Theoriekomponente wird auf die Theorie der kulturellen Evolution von D.S. Wilson zurückgegriffen." (Autorenreferat). "Presents the outlines of a theory of cultural transmission in sociocultural minorities in a foreign cultural environment. The explanatory focus of the theory is on the educational activities of a minority and the educational policy of the majority society. The theory consists of two components. The first component is an action-theoretical model of the interaction between sociocultural majorities and minorities in the area of education. A basic assumption of this model is that the central aim of the educational activities of minorities is to transmit their culture in the foreign environment. The second component of the theory consists of assumptions about the evolution of sociocultural groups, that provide for an enhanced understanding of the goals and strategies of minorities and majorities in cultural transmission situations. To elaborate this component of the theory, the authors draw on the theory of cultural evolution proposed by D.S. Wilson." (author's abstract).
