| Abstract | In physical education, especially in sports, the technique of an exercise is submitted to permanent modification. There is a general concept about an exercise, but, in practice, it is effected differently by the performers, according to their anatomophyziologist and psychologist peculiarities. In psychometric activity they are good value the pupils and sportsman who can solve the problems of the training and in competitions. The teachers, the trainers and the spectators appreciate especially the athletics which have the capacity to join movement-motricity qualities with the intellectual qualities, by proving craftsmanship in the mode of solving the technical problems.(Orig.). |
