German studies should also offer occupationally worthwhile qualifications in bachelor's courses - and not just for the teaching profession. In his Project Report, the author presents a seminar that makes an explicit contribution to this through its action-oriented approach. He has developed a schooling concept for communication training in cooperation with a business company. This article presents the seminar concept, goals, course, and evaluation findings. It truly provides a model for a practice-oriented, sustainable, and, for the students, highly motivating form of seminar. Through its basic structure as a project seminar, it is capable of being transferred to a variety of context. (HoF/text adopted). |
