Abstract | The author raises the question of whether ethical standards count in business and industry and whether they should be incorporated into vocational programmes or programmes in companies. The comparative analyses of values and ethics in different countries highlight an important problem relating to the competencies of managers in companies to lead and manage the company humanely. Employees should learn occupational ethical standards at an individual, organisational and societal level for a better understanding of living and working. (DIPF/orig.). |
