Abstract | For some years now the Stichting Rijdende School (Foundation Travelling School) has been working with a quantitative follow-up system. As a result of the demand for follow-up systems .. . a qualitative extension is currently being drawn up. The qualitative extension covers two sectors of children's development: 1) the follow- up of cognitive development and 2) the follow-up system of socio- emotional development. The follow-up tool with regard to the latter aspect is still in its initial stage; it is limited to a field of information linked with a database, in which teachers can note their findings regarding behaviour. This part was developed and programmed ... at the Stichting Rijdende School. The follow-up for cognitive development has already reached an advanced stage. (DIPF/orig.). |
