Abstract | Abstract In this study, it was found that there was a significant difference between the leader behavior of law school deans (Consideration and Initiating Structure) as self-perceived and as perceived by their faculties and that age, sex, academic rank, formal education, and years of teaching experience of the faculties accounted for discrepancies between perceptions of the leader behavior of law school deans (Consideration and Initiating Structure) as self-perceived and as perceived by their faculties. |
