Abstract | Qualitative interviews were conducted with family therapy supervisors and their supervisees to understand how they perceived their experiences in live supervision. Supervisor and supervisees described helpful supervision experiences that were related to the supervisees' development as therapists. However, both viewed the three primary categories of helpful supervision differently. (RJM) |
