Abstract | A study of the relationship of PharmD graduates' (1) choice of graduate school and (2) completion of a residency or fellowship to job satisfaction revealed that graduates of non-California programs and graduates who had completed residencies or fellowships were more likely to have nondistributive positions and that those in nondistributive positions reported higher intrinsic satisfaction.
