Abstract | No meaningful and lasting educational reform will occur unless policymakers and responsible educators continue to address the effective education of disadvantaged children. The good beginning provided by effective schools research must be consolidated. Educators should challenge recent reform proposals that are likely to assist the relatively advantaged alone. (RDN) |
