Abstract | Considered five job dimensions: intrinsic, extrinsic, resource adequacy, convenience, and relations with coworkers. Found the only male-female value difference concerned the convenience aspects of work. Data indicated that the presence of children in the home tended to be negatively related to most work values of women. (Author) |
