Abstract | Discusses feedback by employers on the selection criteria used in the decision to interview students, and factors leading to further consideration for employment. Results indicated that poorly formulated career goals contributed to denying an interview. Confidence, assertiveness, communication skills, motivation and enthusiasm were qualities considered most important during the interview. (RC) |
