Abstract	This article discusses briefly the use of the Internet and World Wide Web as sources of information for teaching English as a second or foreign language (ESL/EFL), describes a directory of related World Wide Web resources, outlines some suggested uses of the resources, and presents the directory. Citations are presented in seven sections: general resources; lesson plans; teaching materials; student projects; reference materials for lessons; computer assisted language learning; and papers, articles, and essays for teachers.
