(Autorenreferat). "The present paper takes the evaluation results of the project 'Raising the proportion of those obtaining qualifications - increasing employability' as the basis for investigating the significance of social competences and employability skills at the transition to vocational training. This also encompasses the issue of whether, as is imputed in many cases, young people with low levels of qualification particularly display deficits in this regard. The results of the analyses Show that the major significance accorded to social competences and employability skills can be confirmed." (author's abstract). |
