Summary (translation): The are different representations of functions on a computer. Besides the exact representation of algebraic functions, a computer can represent functions also numerically, whether in (apparently) continuous graphic representation or in a discrete representation in tabular form. In the first part, the article describes different tasks of computers in calculus lessons. Afterwards, it shows how to use computers in calculus lessons to support the qualitative and discrete understanding of functions. |
