Abstract	This summary presents the Ryckevelde Foundation, international European centre for information and training in Damme (near Bruges in Flanders) and its national, international and Euroregional activities. [ ...] Since 1956 the main objectives of the Ryckevelde Fondation has been to contribute to European training and information on a human scale, particularly through Education. Participants in the Conference can choose between a large range of specialised discussions including active workshops and simulation exercises. Every year some 5000 secondary pupils, including whole classes, teachers and future teachers and members of various associations participate in these training days.
